Deposits and Withdrawals

Withdrawal Limits

We apply withdrawal limits based on your account status and VIP level, ranging from CAD 500 to 10,000 per day, CAD 2,500 to 40,000 per week, and CAD 5,000 to 100,000 per month. Wins above CAD 3,000 may be paid out in monthly instalments of up to CAD 3,000. Where your balance or winnings reach at least seven times your total deposits, we may apply a monthly cap of USD 3,000 equivalent. Progressive jackpot wins at Wagibet Casino are paid in full and are not subject to these standard limits.

Processing Times

We review and process withdrawal requests within up to 24 hours under our limitations clause, and within 7 business days following completion of KYC under clauses 8.1 and 8.2. Crediting time after release depends on your chosen payment method, the provider, and any applicable banking or blockchain processing. All deposit, withdrawal, exchange, network, blockchain and banking fees are borne by you as the player.

Know Your Customer (KYC)

We may request identity verification at any stage of your account history. Once requested, you must complete KYC within 72 hours. Our review may take up to 7 business days, and failure to pass verification will result in confiscation of funds. Bonus Abuse

We do not permit the use of a VPN while using our services. Any detected VPN use is treated as bonus abuse and will result in account review, cancellation of associated bonuses, and possible account suspension.
